The website code uses no analytics or advertising cookies, tracking or browser storage. Fonts and images are served locally. An email link opens your email application; the website itself sends no message.

Recipients & retention

Hosting and email providers may receive necessary data. Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them; statutory retention and legal claims may require longer storage. The website code performs no profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights

Automatic language selection uses the approximate country supplied by hosting from the IP address, together with browser language. The website code does not store this country information or request GPS location. This serves the legitimate interest in a suitable presentation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Hosting and email

This website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes technical connection data for global delivery, security and troubleshooting. Data may be processed outside the EEA. Cloudflare describes international transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, in its Data Processing Addendum.

Email enquiries are received through GMX, provided by 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Karlsruhe branch, Brauerstraße 48, 76135 Karlsruhe, Germany. Your own email application controls sending; the website does not send automatically.

The website code creates no visitor logs. Hosting technical data is retained according to delivery, security and legal purposes of the provider; no unverified blanket deletion period is claimed. Enquiries without a subsequent contract are generally deleted within six months after handling is complete, unless legal obligations or specific claims require longer retention.

The booking and order examples use inputs only within the current browser view and prepare an email link on request. Unless you send the email, those details are not transmitted to Gerald Beißmann. These examples do not confirm appointments, place orders or process payments.
