This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Technical connection data such as IP address, request time, requested files and device and browser information may be processed to provide and secure the website, based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. Cloudflare describes its international transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum.

Contact and project enquiries

The form processes your details only in the current browser view. It prepares an email draft; there is no form server or automatic sending. Gerald Beißmann receives your details only when you send the message through your email application. Enquiries are processed to respond and, where applicable, prepare a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); other business correspondence may be based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Email is received through GMX: 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Karlsruhe branch, Brauerstraße 48, 76135 Karlsruhe, Germany.

Cookies and local storage

Our own website code does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. No analytics or advertising trackers or embedded social-media services are included. The functions currently used do not require cookie consent, because no consent-dependent cookies or comparable storage technologies are deployed.

You choose a language through a link to that language version. Optional sounds are generated in your browser only after you enable them; the choice is not stored persistently. Enquiry-form details stay in the current browser view until you choose to send the email yourself.

Fonts and other resources

Fonts, images and animation libraries are served with the website. Loading these files does not contact external font, analytics or advertising providers. Retention and recipients

Hosting and email providers may process necessary technical data. Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle it. Statutory retention requirements or the establishment of legal claims may require longer retention. This website does not make automated decisions about individuals.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact: g.beissmann@gmx.at. You can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
